How much does it cost to rent a training room in Petaling Jaya?

A training room at SVOFO costs RM850 per half-day (4 hours) or RM1,200 per full day (8 hours). Projector, PA system, wireless mics, WiFi, and coffee and tea are included.

How many people can the training room hold, and in which layouts?

Our training rooms hold 10 to 80 pax. They can be set up classroom, theatre, U-shape or boardroom style; U-shape suits smaller groups.

Is SVOFO HRDC Friendly? What documents do you provide for my HRD Corp claim?

Yes, SVOFO is HRDC Friendly and supports HRDC programmes. We provide the invoice and venue details your programme needs. The claim itself is made by the employer or training provider under HRD Corp rules.

What’s the difference between half-day and full-day bookings?

Accepted Answer

A half-day booking is 4 hours (9 AM–1 PM or 2 PM–6 PM) and a full-day booking is 8 hours. The minimum booking is a half-day; we do not offer hourly rental.

Can we bring our own catering, or do you arrange halal catering?

Both are possible. We can arrange halal catering for breaks and meals, or you can bring your own caterer (an own-catering surcharge applies). Coffee and tea are included with every booking.

How far is SVOFO from MRT Surian, and where do we park?

SVOFO is a 2–3 minutes’ walk from MRT Surian (Kajang Line) at Sunway Nexis, Kota Damansara. Drivers can use the basement parking at Sunway Nexis.
