How many people can each room hold, and in which layouts?
Small meeting rooms hold 5–30 pax (boardroom), training rooms 10–40 pax (classroom, theatre, U-shape) and the seminar hall 30–100 pax (theatre, classroom, banquet). The venue never exceeds 100 pax per room.
What’s the difference between half-day and full-day bookings?
A half-day booking is 4 hours (9 AM–1 PM or 2 PM–6 PM) and a full-day booking is 8 hours. The minimum booking is a half-day; we do not offer hourly rental.
Is SVOFO HRDC Friendly? What documents do you provide for my HRD Corp claim?
Yes, SVOFO is HRDC Friendly and supports HRDC programmes. We provide the invoice and venue details your programme needs. The claim itself is made by the employer or training provider under HRD Corp rules.
Can we bring our own catering, or do you arrange halal catering?
Both are possible. We can arrange halal catering for breaks and meals, or you can bring your own caterer (an own-catering surcharge applies). Coffee and tea are included with every booking.

SVOFO is at Sunway Nexis, Kota Damansara, a 2–3 minute walk from MRT Surian (Kajang Line). Drivers can use the basement parking at Sunway Nexis.
