Half-day, full-day and evening options
Open daily 9AM–11PM. Half-day: 4 hours, 9AM–1PM or 2PM–6PM. Full-day: 8 hours. Evening and weekend sessions available - ask us for rates.
Setup and pack-down time
Setup time and tea-break options confirmed with your quote.
Coffee, tea and tea breaks
Coffee and tea are included with bookings. Catering is from RM45 per pax; catered tea breaks and meals are extra.
Parking
Basement parking at Sunway Nexis: RM1 per hour.
Layouts and equipment
Theatre, classroom and U-shape layouts can be discussed subject to the selected room and capacity. Projector and WiFi are free; tables, chairs and air conditioning are provided. Confirm room-specific equipment in your quotation.
