Coffee, tea and tea breaks
Coffee and tea are included with bookings. Catering is from RM45 per pax; catered tea breaks and meals are extra.

Basement parking at Sunway Nexis: RM1 per hour.
Layouts and equipment
Theatre, classroom and U-shape layouts can be discussed subject to the selected room and capacity. Projector and WiFi are free; tables, chairs and air conditioning are provided. Confirm room-specific equipment in your quotation.

What does training room rental cost?
Training Room rental is RM850 half-day (4 hours) or RM1,200 full-day for 10–40 pax. Ask for a quotation covering your dates, layout and any optional catering.
Do you provide claim documents, a tax invoice and receipt?
A tax invoice and payment receipt are provided. For training programmes, ask for a venue confirmation letter and attendance template. The employer or training provider submits the claim under HRD Corp rules.
Are the projector and WiFi free?
Yes. The projector is free of charge and WiFi is free with every booking.
How much is parking, and how do we arrive by MRT?
Parking is RM1 per hour at the basement parking bays of Sunway Nexis, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya. SVOFO is near MRT Surian on the MRT Kajang Line.
Can we book evening, night or weekend sessions?
Yes, sessions are available daily within 9AM–11PM, subject to the selected room and date being available. Tell us your start and finish times, including setup and pack-down.
Is catering available?
Yes, catering is available from RM45 per pax; halal catering and tea break options can be arranged. You can also bring your own caterer; an own-catering surcharge applies. Coffee and tea are included with bookings.
What is the minimum booking period?
The minimum booking is a half-day of 4 hours. Standard half-day blocks are 9AM–1PM or 2PM–6PM; a full-day is 8 hours. Evening sessions are available within 9AM–11PM, subject to availability. Ask for a quotation for your required times.
How do I check dates and seating layouts?
Select Check availability on WhatsApp and share your date, participant count, room type and preferred layout in the existing enquiry form. Reply within 1 hour, 9AM-11PM daily. Availability remains subject to confirmation. Ask for the deposit, payment deadline and cancellation conditions in writing with your quotation before reserving a date.
