What does seminar hall rental cost?
Seminar Hall rental is RM1,500 half-day (4 hours) or RM2,000 full-day for 30–100 pax. Ask for a quotation covering your dates, layout and any optional catering.
Do you provide claim documents, a tax invoice and receipt?
A tax invoice and payment receipt are provided. For training programmes, ask for a venue confirmation letter and attendance template. The employer or training provider submits the claim under HRD Corp rules.
What deposit and cancellation terms apply?
WhatsApp us for terms. Ask for the deposit, payment deadline and cancellation conditions in writing with your quotation before reserving a date.
Is there parking, and how do we arrive by MRT?
There are basement parking bays at Sunway Nexis, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya. SVOFO is near MRT Surian on the MRT Kajang Line.
Can we book evening, night or weekend sessions?
Yes, sessions are available daily within 9AM–11PM, subject to the selected room and date being available. Tell us your start and finish times, including setup and pack-down.
Can we bring an outside caterer or arrange tea breaks?
You can bring your own caterer; an own-catering surcharge applies. Halal catering and tea break options can also be arranged. Coffee and tea are included with bookings.
What is the minimum booking period?
The minimum campaign package is a half-day of 4 hours. Standard half-day blocks are 9AM–1PM or 2PM–6PM. For an evening session, WhatsApp your required times and ask which package fits.
How do I check dates and seating layouts?
Select Check availability on WhatsApp and share your date, participant count, room type and preferred layout in the existing enquiry form. We reply within 1 hour (9AM-11PM); availability remains subject to confirmation.
