WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are conveniently located in Sunway Nexis Mall in the heart of Kota Damansara. Our venue have direct link bridge with Surain MRT station. Guests are able come with public transport or by own vehicle.
HOW DO I MAKE RESERVATION?
Please click Book Now and fill the booking request form. We will contact you by Whatsapp or email to make final confirmation. Then all you need to do is make a payment and the booking will be confirmed immediately.
WHAT IS YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
We are open from Monday – Sunday 9.00am – 11.00pm. You can make a booking within this period.
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
50% Deposit is required for booking. Full payment is required 7 days before the event date. Client can postpone the booking date before 14 days without any charges.
WHAT ARE THE FACILITIES OFFER?
We offer high speed internet, flip charts, whiteboards, projectors, speakers and wireless microphones, food and drinks, parking space and many more facilities on request.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
All payments made are non-refundable. However, you are able to reschedule your bookings subject to availability. If you wish to change the date or duration of your bookings, a notice of at least 14 days or more is required.
